Review: I have just returned from a preview screening of Sin City, and I can tell you that this is a highlight reel of the height of a movie. Think of it as film noir amped up for a post-modern century. It presents itself as most of Frank Miller writes modestly fantastic for comic environment steeped long and difficult, but in the tradition of underground writers police 40s novels. Visually, the juxtaposition of the rich B & W with Technicolor Digital signals, it is hard to take your eyes off the screen. This film was made for most people who have followed Miller's writing for the last twenty odd years, filled with many of its fire elements and style Visual him with MM Rodriguez and Tarantino, enter brilliantly. Not more sensitive or older souls will Sin City burn like a fire that you have to see for everyone.
