Review: Please do not make negative comments, like some of the above persons do, if you havent seen the movie yet! I saw it in the press show last week. It is not only the best film of the year so far, it means a return to education for Martin Scorsese, and on a par with Goodfellas as the best in his canon films.Im fan of Hong Kong film, Infernal policy, in which it is based. Although runs keeps the basic structure of the original, it's a movie, so much so that screenwriter William Monahan, who watched the movie or the original adaptation of the script, which allows him to fill his script and Scorseses, visions.All excellent actors involved (Yes, Leo , for all you haters out there DiCaprio) and return to some of their best shows to date. First, of course, raise many Oscar nods, if not wins, including (hopefully) a statue Scorseses high time director better. In addition, since actors like Martin Sheen and Alec Baldwin plays a supporting role that says a lot about the quality of the film signed up! Kicks is tough stuff, not for the faint-of-heart. However, this is for adult viewers who long for smart, gritty story to decorate our screens movie again a must see.
